Jr. Marketing Administrator

Designer

(San Francisco)

The Designer's main responsibility is space planning, specifying systems and ancillary furniture, and providing this information to team members in an organized, accurate and prompt manner.  The Designer is expected to respond to requests from internal and external clients in a professional manner at all times.  A Designer communicates with either the Team Leader or Design Director on a daily basis, if necessary, to help facilitate quick turnaround if deadlines can't be met within the team.  A Designer shall work closely with the KBM-Hogue sales team to leverage KBM-Hogue's design capabilities to win clients.

Project Manager

(San Jose)

Acts as single on-site point of contact and holds responsibility for all aspects of systems furniture, case goods, and ancillary furniture from inception to final project close out. Plans, coordinates and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third party interface and relation as well as performance quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinates and works with General contractors (GC) and sub-contractors to maintain installation schedule and quality.

Maintains and grows familiarity within the commercial real estate industry. Professionally represents Knoll, and understands, respects, and works with KBM-Hogue’s team members. Leads the marketing effort and increases business community awareness of Knoll and KBM-Hogue. Provide ongoing contact with clients on selected accounts. Develop relationships with furniture influences in the marketplace.

Senior Project Coordinator

(San Jose)

This position is accountable for the accuracy and management of the flow of projects and orders. The PC is responsible for clean accurate sales orders, timely processing of orders, ensuring compliance with policies for order acceptance and purchase order placement. The PC is responsible for keeping accurate files for all orders, which include all documentation from the client, vendors and other team members.
