Staff Accountant

(San Jose)

The Staff Accountant works under the supervision of the Assistant Controller. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for invoicing to clients, entering vouchers for payment of deposits to vendors, preparing and issuing weekly vendor payment runs and more.

Designer

(San Francisco)

The Designer's main responsibility is space planning, specifying systems and ancillary furniture, and providing this information to team members in an organized, accurate and prompt manner.  The Designer is expected to respond to requests from internal and external clients in a professional manner at all times.  A Designer communicates with either the Team Leader or Design Director on a daily basis, if necessary, to help facilitate quick turnaround if deadlines can't be met within the team.  A Designer shall work closely with the KBM-Hogue sales team to leverage KBM-Hogue's design capabilities to win clients.

Project Manager

(San Francisco)

Acts as single on-site point of contact and holds responsibility for all aspects of systems furniture, case goods, and ancillary furniture from inception to final project close out. Plans, coordinates and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third party interface and relation as well as performance quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinates and works with General contractors (GC) and sub-contractors to maintain installation schedule and quality.
