The Project Manager is the on-site single-point-of-contact and holds responsibility for all aspects of the delivery, installation and punch-list resolution of systems furniture, case goods, and ancillary furniture. Plans, coordinates and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third party interface and relation as well as performance quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinates and works with General contractors (GC) and sub-contractors to maintain installation schedule and quality.

Work with internal experts to maintain up-to-date, accurate understandings of workplace research and product portfolios. Maintain an intricate and detailed catalog of high-quality imagery.
Detailed, clear communication skills are necessary, with follow-up and drive equally important. This role is a key support role for an active, successful Marketing Team.

This position is accountable for the accuracy and management of the flow of projects and orders. The PC is responsible for clean and accurate sales orders, timely processing of orders, ensuring compliance with policies for order acceptance and purchase order placement. The Project Coordinator is responsible to keep accurate files for all orders, which include all documentation from the client, vendors and other team members.
