Technical design and product specification

Sketching on napkins or plotting in AutoCAD, our technical designers create a masterful balance between customer goals, space planning and right-sized products.

Starting with sketches and concepts, then creating typicals, renderings and 3D visualizations, specifying ancillary, placing furniture in floor plans, and planning for and complying with local, state and federal regulations, our design team ensures quality and accuracy at every stage of the game.

Digital documentation

Maintaining thorough libraries of as-built drawings for installations that provide core, base building, partitions, furniture, storage, seating, power and cabling locations.

Account management

Responding to project schedules and customer needs, the single point of contact Account Manager utilize project and communications management best-practices to ensure customer satisfaction and project excellence.

Using a "quote-order-purchase" process integrated with manufacturers’ order entry and systems. Invoices match orders, reflecting specifications generated from furniture-specific software.

Project management

Participating in regular meetings with contractors, facility and real estate team, as well as design and architect teams.  Documenting communication through meeting minutes and designated online resources.

Working real-time, leveraging digital tools while operating on-site – whether the project and installation resources are local or international.

Installation & Warehousing

Coordinating complex logistics, mastering details for successful installation or reconfiguration.

Warehousing, storage, asset management, delivery and installation using union and/or non-union services are available nationally to match customers’ growth needs.
